One Week Out: Why This Race Matters
We're one week from Election Day, and I want to take a moment to talk directly to every Waller County Republican who's still making up their mind, or who wasn't planning to vote in this race at all.
I get it. Judicial races are at the bottom of the ballot. They don't get the headlines. Most people couldn't name their County Court at Law judge if you asked them. But here's the thing: this judge will make decisions that affect your family more directly than almost any other elected official.
If you or someone you love ever goes through a divorce, a custody battle, a probate dispute, a misdemeanor charge, or a guardianship proceeding, the judge of County Court at Law No. 1 is the person deciding the outcome.
What I'm Asking
I'm not asking you to take my word for it. I'm asking you to look at the record.
Over 3,000 cases prosecuted on behalf of Waller County. Years of experience in the very courtroom this judge will preside over. Specialized experience in child abuse and domestic violence, the cases where the stakes are highest. A Juris Doctor from Baylor Law. A conservative judicial philosophy grounded in textualism, judicial restraint, and the rule of law.
That's what I bring to the bench. And I'm ready on day one.
How to Vote
If you haven't voted yet during early voting, you have through February 27 at any of the four early voting locations across Waller County.
On Election Day, March 3, vote at your assigned precinct polling place.
Look for Position 3 on the ballot: County Court at Law No. 1.
Thank You
To everyone who has supported this campaign, who came to a meet and greet, put a yard sign in their front yard, donated, shared a post, or simply told a friend, thank you. This campaign has been built by the people of Waller County, and I'm deeply grateful.
Now let's finish strong. I'll see you at the polls.
