Early voting for the March 3, 2026 Republican Primary is officially underway! Here's everything you need to know to cast your ballot.

Tuesday, February 17 through Friday, February 27, 2026
Voting Locations
- Joe Kuciemba Annex, 425 FM 1488, Hempstead
- Waller Co Community Center, 21274 FM 1098, Prairie View
- Waller Civic Center, 3007 Waller St., Waller
- Brookshire Convention Center, 4027 5th St., Brookshire
Hours vary by day. Check the Waller County Elections website or contact the Elections Administrator for the full schedule.
What to Bring
Texas law requires voters to present an acceptable form of photo ID. Accepted forms include:
- Texas Driver's License
- Texas Personal ID Card
- Texas License to Carry a Handgun
- U.S. Military ID with photo
- U.S. Passport
If you don't have an acceptable photo ID, you may still be able to vote. Check VoteTexas.gov for details.

Look for Position 3 on the ballot: County Court at Law No. 1. That's where you'll find Bennett Dodson.
